what is a life group?

A Life Group is a small group of people who meet together regularly to devote themselves to God’s Word, fellowship, prayer, accountability, and support. We understand that community with other like-minded believers is essential for Christian growth. We want everyone to have the opportunity to find friendship and grow in their relationship with Christ. Everyone who’s part of BPBC is encouraged to join one of our Life Groups.

AND LET US CONSIDER HOW WE MAY SPUR ONE ANOTHER ON TOWARD LOVE AND GOOD DEEDS. LET US NOT GIVE UP MEETING TOGETHER, AS SOME ARE IN THE HABIT OF DOING, BUT LET US ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER - AND ALL THE MORE AS YOU SEE THE DAY APPROACHING.

a place to belong

We have been created to live in community and not in isolation.  We need one another and we are better together.  Living in community affords us the opportunity to more wholly experience God through close relationships as we encourage and help one another, and as we study and live out God’s word together. Life groups seek to build community through fellowship, prayer and a commitment to hold one other accountable to apply God’s Word, and fulfilling the vision of the church.
